Welcome to NCDC's online registration form. Fill in all sections and proceed to payment. Call 510.496.2722 for questions or if you need additional help. We encourage you to register early so that we may plan the program and buy the food for everyone's best experience!

Registration options are:

  1. Friday night through Sunday afternoon
  2. Commuter option - Fri-Sun without housing
  3. Saturday only - 9 a.m.-midnight or when the dance ends
  4. Saturday night boogie only (no extra fee for paying on site).

Registrations made online, by mail, or by phone after Nov 28th will cost an additional $30 for adults. No registrations will be accepted online, by mail, or by phone after 6:00 pm Pacific time on Thursday 12/3. You are welcome to register onsite as late as 5:30pm on Friday, 12/4 for an additional $25 onsite fee.

Kids under three years old are free but no childcare is provided. Kids three and over are welcome to participate in the Kids Camp program.

Registration is not considered complete until payment is received in full, and must be received by the cutoff date in each time period to qualify for the rates shown. If you have not paid, you are not registered! If you choose to mail a check, rather than pay through PayPal, make your check payable to NCDC and mail to:

Staff, teachers, and work exchangers will make a note in the special category box at the end of this form. There are limited work exchange positions available in setup (come early), takedown (stay late), late night snack prep, and Kids Camp counselor (preference given to those with childcare experience). You must pay and commit by November 22nd. Reduced rates will be determined by work assigned.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by 11/28 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made after 11/28 will not be refunded, including no-shows. etc. Thank you for your understanding. Arrangements at this camp require these policies.
