Refuel and re-energize. Stimulate your taste buds. After a lot of dancing and moving experiences, you'll build up a big hunger. Imagine your delight when the meal bell beckons you to the dining hall to discover an organic vegetarian gourmet meal prepared under the guidance of former Esalen chefs Charlie and Marion Cascio with their team of assistant cooks and plenty of campers doing their community service. Even non-vegetarians will enjoy the variety of flavors, cuisines, and options. Vegan, gluten-free and kids meals are always available, and we can provide for special diets with enough advance notice.
