We highly recommend you join us for the full nine days. It's the best deal, the most fun, you'll get the most out of the experience by being there for the beginning as we create camp together, as well as the end when we say our good-byes together, and it makes life easier for the organizers!

Below is a sample of the rates and registration options from 2009. These dates and rates will be adjusted soon for 2010 but you won't see much increase. We believe in pricing our events to break even, keeping them affordable so you include friends and family in your summer plans.

If you can't come to the full camp, you can pick one of the first or last three day options:

First three days (Friday, 6/19, 4:30 pm to Monday, 6/22, 4:30 pm)
Last three days (Thursday, 6/25, noon, to Sunday, 6/28, noon)

 
Full camp - 9 days:
Adult registration by May 1 - $715; by June 1 - $775; after June 1 - $810
Teen (age 13-19) by May 1 - $400; by June 1 - $450; after June 1 - $490
Child (age 3-12) by May 1 - $185; by June 1 - $210; after June 1 - $235
 
Three (3) or Six (6) days:
Adult reg. by May 1 - $290/580; by June 1 - $320/640; after June 1 - $350/700
Teen (age 13-19) by May 1 - $150/300; by June 1 - $180/360; after June 1 - $210/420
Child (age 3-12) by May 1 - $90/180; by June 1 - $100/200; after June 1 - $115/230

We are encouraging everyone to attend one of these blocks for several reasons: it's easier on our registration, work-exchange, and community service systems and coordinators at camp; it cuts down on the amount of coming-and-going that can be stressful and disorienting to campers; and as our numbers grow, it's the best way to fit the most people into our fixed capacity.

How do I use my credit or debit card to make a PayPal payment?
You can choose your credit or debit card as your payment methods when you send a PayPal payment. Click the Change link when sending a payment.
Note: If there is enough money in your PayPal balance to cover the payment, you cannot use your credit or debit card as a payment method for that payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can enter your credit or debit card information during the checkout process to complete the payment.
To pay by eCheck follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click the Send Money tab
  3. Enter the required information
  4. Click Continue
  5. Click the Change link
  6. Select the eCheck radio button
  7. Click Continue
  8. Review the information and click Send Money to complete the transaction

Receipt of your payment guarantees your place in camp. Make sure to submit your registration and mail or Paypal your payment by the deadline dates (May 1st and June 1st) for the lowest camp fees. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. Any registrations onsite will incur a $50 fee, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by May 1, 2009 will be refunded less $25. Cancellations received by June 1 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations received after June 1 (including no-shows) will not be refunded.
