We highly recommend you join us for the full nine days. It's the best deal, the most fun, you'll get the most out of the experience by being there for the beginning as we create camp together, as well as the end when we say our good-byes together, and it makes life easier for the organizers!

Below are the rates and registration options for 2011. While the rest of the world is rapidly changing, you won't see much change from our previous rates. NCDC is a non-profit organization, and we believe in keeping our events affordable so you can include friends and family in your summer plans.

Registration options plus arrival and departure times:

If you can't come to the full camp, you can choose either the first six days, last six days, or the first or last three-day weekend:

We encourage everyone to choose one of the package options: it's easier on our registration, work-exchange, and community service systems and coordinators at camp; it cuts down on the amount of coming-and-going that can be disorienting to campers; and as we reach capacity (we sold out last year), it's the best way to fit the most people into our village. If you can't fit into one of our packages or you want to add a day to a package, then head for the "Custom Packages" column.

Prices are all-inclusive -- classes, meals, and accommodations (a shared cabin or your own tent). Once you've chosen your option, register here.

Note: Since May 1 is a Sunday, if you wish to mail your check in to meet the "early bird" deadline, provide your information and registration choice through our online system by May 1 and postmark your check by May 2 (or pay by Paypal).

Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. If you sign up online but do not pay before the cut-off date for that registration period, you will owe additional fees or eventually be bumped from the registration list.

Onsite registrations will incur an additional $50 fee.

Receipt of your payment (not just your information submitted online) guarantees your place in camp. Make sure to submit your registration and mail or Paypal your payment by the deadline dates (May 1 and June 1) for the lowest camp fees. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. Any registrations onsite will incur a $50 fee, no exceptions.

Registration Changes: If you change your registration, your fee will be calculated using the fee schedule in effect on the date of the change - not the date of your original registration.

Substitutions: One person may not be substituted for another on the registration form. Cancellations must go through the registrar, and someone from the waiting list will be notified of the opening.

Refund Policy: Cancellations received by May 1 will be refunded less $50. Cancellations received by June 1 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations received after June 1 (including no-shows) will not be refunded.
