Work exchange positions are a vital part of Dance Camp. We are glad to have help and are happy to offer a discount on camp registration fees in return for the contribution of time and energy. The Work Exchange Coordinator will assist you in finding a position that best suits you, your camp schedule, and us. Work exchange applications are evaluated individually by the Work Exchange Coordinator before job positions are assigned. If you receive an offer for a work exchange position, you must register for camp and pay your discounted camp fee via the NCDC website (or by check). Work exchange positions are not guaranteed until we have processed your application and received your registration fee.

New this year: An expanded work exchange program that offers more discounts and positions for both adults and teens! There are various positions available at camp, depending on your skills, talents, interests, physical strength, and the amount of financial discount you desire. Positions include: set-up, take-down, beautification, greeting, and various kitchen and housekeeping positions.

Work exchange is a bigger part of an organizing team that is essential to keeping camp flowing, so we welcome your interest! Work exchange is not tied to financial need and the earlier you apply, the better the work exchange package you are likely to receive.

Scholarships: We understand that not everyone can do enough work exchange to get the financial break they need, so NCDC makes several partial scholarships available each year. Please contact Christina c/o for more information.
