Work-exchange positions are a vital part of Dance Camp. We are glad to have help and are happy to offer a discount on camp registration fees in return for the contribution of time and energy. The Work-Exchange Coordinator will assist you in finding a position that best suits you, your camp schedule, and us.

Work-exchange participants are evaluated individually by the Work-Exchange Coordinator before job positions are assigned. Work-exchange participants can then register for camp with a deposit via the NCDC website or by check. The work-exchange deposit is non-refundable after May 1 and secures one's position and camp registration. Work-exchange positions are not guaranteed until we receive your registration deposit, so we encourage you to sign up soon!

There are various kinds of positions available at camp, depending on your skills, talents, interests, physical strength, and the amount of financial break you desire. Positions include: beautification, set-up, parking guru, greeting tent, kitchen floater, kitchen lead, late-night snacks, Kids Camp snacks and supplies, men's bathhouse, women's bathhouse, and lodge cleaning.

It's all essential to keeping camp flowing, so we welcome your interest! Work-exchange is not tied to financial need and the earlier you apply, the better the work-exchange package you are likely to receive. Email us at .
