We’re so glad you’ll be joining us at Dance Camp!
Registration is not yet open. But when it is there will be a big button at the bottom of this page where you can click to get forwarded to our registration site!

Sliding Scale
To keep the event affordable and accessible, we have created a sliding scale based on your annual income before taxes:

Lower income - less than $40,000/year

Middle income - $40,000/year to $80,000/year

Higher income - more than $80,000/year (single person)
When choosing your income level, please adjust your rate upwards if you have significant assets (own property, have a trust fund or inherited wealth and don't need to have a 9 to 5, etc.). Adjust your rate downwards if you have significant health or financial burdens, high child care costs, are a single parent, etc.
Camp Rates
"Can't Wait for Dance Camp" rates are our earliest, lowest adult rates. We have 85 adult tickets available at these rates. These rates will go up when these tickets have sold out, or after April 30th. It's also possible we will release more at this rate, but we can't predict that yet.
All-inclusive (meals, activities, dorm cabin or your own tent or vehicle, and parking):

Low income: $140/day

Middle Income: $170/day

Higher Income: $200/day

Teen (13-19 years): $85/Day (Teen rates remain the same even if registering late.)

Child (4-12 years): $60/day (Child rates remain the same even if registering late.)

Child under 4 years: Free (Children must be at least 4 years old to join Kids Camp)
Registration Options

When you complete registration, you will get a receipt with a QR code — please photograph (or print) these documents! They will help with express check-in at camp.

If you are staff or work exchange and you have special permission to sign up for a non-standard option, you will need a special staff password to do so. Please discuss this with your NCDC contact.
Staff and Work Exchange Registration

If you wish to apply for a staff position or work exchange, complete the work exchange application before registering. You will need to wait until you are assigned a role before registering, at which point you will get your coupon code. If you fail to do this, the system will require you to pay in full for camp when you register, and we bet you don’t want that.
Cancellation, Registration Changes, and Refund Policies
Illness
The wellness of campers and staff at our events is our highest priority. If you have any symptoms of illness within 3 days prior to your scheduled day of arrival, please do not attend - you will only be charged a $50 fee for cancellation. We may ask for medical documentation for verification.
If you get sick at camp or develop any symptoms (scratchy throat, fever, stomach ache, etc.), you must immediately isolate yourself. If symptoms persist, you will be required to leave camp.
Other cancellations
These must be done by a team member by sending an email to ncdcdances+cancellation@gmail.com

Cancellation of one or both blocks before May 18 will incur a $50 cancellation fee per adult per block.

Cancellation of one or both blocks between May 18th and June 8th will incur a $175 cancellation fee per adult per block.

Cancelling individual days (Staff only) - A prorated amount of the above fees will be charged depending on the number of days. No refunds for days cancelled after June 8th.

After June 8th there will be no refunds. (Emergency situations will be considered provided you contact us via ncdcdances+cancellation@gmail.com prior to camp. Please include documentation of emergency.)

For teens, there is a cancellation fee of $50 per block after June 8th. However, teens that hold work exchange positions will be treated the same as adult work exchange staff.

For kids, there are no cancellation fees and no time constraints for refunds, provided you contact us via ncdcdances+cancellation@gmail.com prior to camp. However, no refunds if parents are also no-shows.
Staff and Work Exchange Cancellations
Staff and work exchange positions are the backbone of Dance Camp. The require a lot of energy and resources to fill, and last minute cancellations are severely impactful. The staff and work exchange policies below reflect this severity.

Anyone who cancels or reneges on their remunerated commitments will have their coupons revoked and must reimburse NCDC the value of their coupon at the time you notify NCDC. If you renege on part of your commitment, you must reimburse NCDC the amount of

Your credit card will be charged automatically if one is on file

Anyone who refuses to repay their remuneration, or who tries to cancel the charge on their credit cards, will not be considered for staff or work exchange in the future, and not be allowed back to camp for at least 1 year.

Adults

Cancellations between before May 18th and between May 18th and June 8th will incur the same cancellation fees as above.

Any adult cancellations after June 8th will get no refund, plus be charged an additional

$100 cancellation fee per block of scheduled work, if you paid more than $300 or more in total registration fees.

$150 cancellation fee per block of scheduled work, if you paid between $200 and $300 or more in total registration fees.

$200 cancellation fee per block of scheduled work, if you paid less than $100 in total registration fees

Teens
- Cancellations before the first day of camp will incur the same cancellation fees as above.

Any teen cancellations be charged an additional $25 cancellation fee.

Registration transfer incurs a fee of $30. The transferee will be subject to current rates. NCDC cannot help you find someone to whom you can transfer your registration
Registrar Help
Most changes are able to be performed by the registrant by going to https://ncdc.account.webconnex.com, and the processes are well documented. However, if an inordinate amount of help is required from the registrar, or if an inordinate number of people are asking for help, you may be charged an administration fee. You will not be charged this fee without the registrar stating the amount and getting your approval.
