Labor Day Camp

NCDC's ​Labor Day Mini-Dance Camp! 

Friday, August 29 to Tuesday, September 2​


​If you’re not going to that big camp-out in the Nevada desert, we hope to see you at our first Labor Day Dance Camp at Cedar Springs Retreat Center, our new home in North Fork, California.  

​

Cedar Springs has nine dorm cabins that accommodate six to 12 people, and there's plenty of space for camping in your tent or staying in your RV/vehicle. There are two shower houses, one in each cabin “village.”

 

All ages are welcome, but this will be a simpler event, with no child care provided.

RATES:

Adults - $100/day low income

Adults - $110/day middle income

Adults - $120/day higher income

Teens - $60/day

Children and infants - free! (Sorry, no Kids Camp this event)

Directions will be sent directly to registrants for privacy concerns. Camp is located in North Fork, CA

CHANGES TO REGISTRATION

You can make these changes to your registration on your own without incurring a fee by clicking on the below links and following the directions. Must be done on a tablet or a computer. Phones won't work.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

  • Submit ALL cancellations to ncdcdances+cancellations@gmail.com.

  • Submit ALL  refund requests to ncdcdances+refunds@gmail.com

  • Cancellations by August 22nd receive a full refund, minus 3% of your booking cost and a $30 processing fee. 

  • Cancellations after August 22nd are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made for cancellations due to an injury, illness, or other emergency that will not resolve by the time of the event, but will still be subject to the 3% + $30  cancellation fee. Please see reporting requirements below.

  • Reporting requirements:

    • For all cancellations after August 22nd, if you would like to ask for a refund or credit, please submit an explanation in writing by September 7th for review after camp.

    • For illness and injury, please provide a medical doctor's note or a picture of a positive COVID or flu test (which includes your face and a time stamp).

    • For emergencies, please provide other documentation. 

    • Failure to provide documentation may result in your request being denied, or an additional $30 cancellation fee.

  • Issuance of a credit or refund outside of stated policy is solely at the discretion of NCDC.

  • No double dipping. If you opt for payment protection, your are not eligible for a refund from NCDC.

  • No refunds for no-shows.

  • ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER CAMP. We will attempt to do this as timely as possible, but please allow at least two weeks before inquiring as to the status of your refund for Labor Day dance camp.
